DEPOSITS: $50.00 due now when applying and balance due 1 month prior to show date. (Pre-dated checks accepted/preferred). If balances are not received, your space is subject to cancellation without refund. Once accepted, all fees are non-refundable.

DEADLINES: for applying are once show is full. There are no specific date deadlines.

ADVERTISING: All shows will be very extensively advertised through several forms of media and in wide circulation...all year...GUARANTEED!! Each show will also be promoted locally with thousands of flyers, coupons, posters and road signs.

RAIN OR SNOW: No show will be cancelled or rescheduled because of poor weather.

SET-UP: Set up for all shows is between 7am and 9:30 am. Anyone not checking in 60 minutes prior to show time will be subject to cancellation. If for any reason you are unable to make it to a show you must call 978-502-8859. Booth/display must be professional and safe. NO ATTACHMENT ALLOWED TO ANY WALLS. Please remove trash and leave area as you found it. Remove all empty boxes.

ELECTRICITY: Available at all shows except for the Pepperell Town Field. Available only if applied for, paid for and accepted. Some shows have limited access to electricity. Prices differ according to site guidelines. Must provide your own (long) cords and duct tape.

PARKING: Please unload your merchandise, move your vehicle to designated parking area and then proceed with your setup. This will ensure that all vendors share easiest access. No Parking in fire lanes at any time.

ABSOLUTELY no breaking down of display or removal of stock during show hours. Early breakdown WILL result in forfeit of future shows and fees.

TAX NUMBERS are your own responsibility.

SECURITY: There will be overnight security at all multiple day shows. However, I strongly suggest you remove all merchandise.

You are fully responsible for your merchandise, conduct and insurance.

CONFIRMATION: Will be sent out to you within 7 days of receipt of your application. Please be sure your e-mail address is listed on your application. If you do not have internet access, kindly enclose a self addressed stamped envelope for receipt of your confirmation information. If you are not accepted into a show for any reason your check will be returned to you within 7 days with explanation.
